Lemp Mansion

The motion sensor in the back room went off, and we recorded a strobe-like Orb on video and heard the sounds of creaking floorboards. Some other sounds also occured that we cannot account for.

No 35mm pictures were aquired on the third floor, although we have gotten images from this area in the past.

Next, we set up at the top of the main staircase on the second floor. We used the same equipment and setup as the third floor, and had received EMF readings up to 9.0. The field would move slowly around the top of the stairway. It was sometimes strongest about 4 feet above the steps in the middle of the stairway. It would then move towards the railing and to the opposite side along the wall and back again to the middle of the staircase.

At this location we had a lot of equipment problems. For about 5 minutes, the night shot camcorder could not be turned on. Once we did get the camcorder on, there was a loud, intermittent hum that would come and go for the first 10 minutes of recording. We went outside to photograph the exterior of the mansion. Even though no one was inside, we captured some sounds. Sounds recorded here included things similar to china clinking and objects being moved.

The basement of the mansion is set up for dinner parties and a Murder Mystery Theater.

We never saw or heard anything in the room until we had turned around and noticed the chairs and tablecloth.

We set up our equipment and moved all the tablecloths and chairs back in place, hoping to catch them being moved on video. Throughout the night nothing moved, but we did have a motion sensor go off. We managed to recorded some strange sounds and a few small, very fast moving Orbs.

We set up in the second largest of the bedrooms and left with all the equipment running to watch from the monitor of the master bedroom. Terry went downstairs while Dave and Joe remained in the room to watch. 14 minutes into the recording a loud crashing sound is heard coming from the room! When Terry came back, we checked out the room and nothing had moved or fallen, so we don't know what could have caused such a loud noise. We later recorded some audio static sound on the video, and recorded 3 orbs during the rest of the investigation in this room.

There was no activity in the first floor woman's restroom. (Activity has been reported and recorded here in the past.) We checked out the smallest bedroom on the second floor but came up with nothing at all from here. This was the last room we investigated before morning.
